The Variegated Philodendron Domesticanum has variegation that tends to be more stable, so you can expect some bright yellows and greens on the new leaves for quite some time!  It also grows quite big if given a lot of direct sunlight. 

You will receive the plant in the photos, which is showing multiple growth points. Medium to some-direct light recommended. These plants are very flexible!
